Great Britain have won the Davis Cup for the first time since 1936 after Andy Murray defeated Belgium’s David Goffin in straight sets. Murray was on great form winning 6-3 7-5 6-3 to give the visitors an unassailable 3-1 lead in the tie.
Hopefully this will inspire the nation to get behind the sport and encourage players of all ages to pick their rackets up.
