Murray now plays Ricardas Berankis who beat 25th seed Florian Mayer. Roger Federer will now meet rising Australian star Bernard Tomic in round three. Federer beat Nikolay Davydenko 6-3 6-4 6-4 while Tomic won against Daniel Brands 6-7 7-5 7-6 7-6.
